After shrinking C: drive on my Windows 7, HP laptop I have 43.95 GB of Unallocated space on the hard drive. Plenty of space for CentOS, right? Now, after booting the laptop from the CentOS install disk and testing the media, CentOS asks, 'Which type of installation would you like?' Unfortunately, now matter which way I answer I am met with this error: 'Could not find enough free space for automatic partitioning. Please use another partitioning method.' The only option that seems to work is the 'Create Custom Layout' option which gives me a rundown of the hard drive's sda's (shown below).
Here are the partitions as per Windows:

I also tried everything that Intuit says should work, with no joy. Brand new Win10 computer, clean install, 350+ Gigabytes of free space on the C: drive. Downloaded 7-zip, extracted the files, and it installed no problem. Intuit, you have a problem with your installer that no amount of 'deleting temp files' is going to fix.

Your computer does not have enough space for tempoary files. Windows installation needs at least 436 MB of free space on any partition for temporary files. Free some space on any partition. Error: 0x80070103.

For some reason I don't even see the 45 GB (43.95 GB) unallocated partition I created in windows. Instead, I see a 62.403 GB partition (sda4) which seems to be a combination of partitions.
Could anyone offer some advice to get CentOS running on this unallocated partition?

I belive most of the problems i've been having is the fact that i cant install updates, or anything really. When i try to install 'WindowsInstaller' i get a message that says 'Not enough storate is available to process this command'. I have plenty of memory (besides its just uder 3MB) What should i do to fix this problem?

You asked what the error code was. But when the error pops up it doesnt state an error code. Unless i have to go find it elsewhere.
